Launch the Instagram application on your phone- it would be the multicolor icon with a white camera image inside it. Doing this will directly lead towards its main page or newsfeed page.
In case, you are not logged in already, then you will be required to enter your email address/phone number/username and password to log in into your account.
You need to tap on the “profile” icon located at the bottom right of the screen. It is symbolically represented by a humanoid icon.
Once you opened the Instagram app, tap the “hamburger” menu located at the right corner of the screen shown by three horizontal lines.
On iOS, the option will be located at the bottom right corner of the page.
Here, you need to tap the “settings” icon located at the bottom of the screen. It will lead you towards a new page with multiple settings options, including account settings, privacy and security, and other account’s related options.
On the new page originated from the “Settings” option, you need to scroll down the page until you get the “Add Account” blue link. Tap on the link to proceed with the further options.
When you tap on the “Add account” link, it will navigate you on a new page asking for the username and password. Fill up the blank boxes with the right information (registered username and password).
Once you enter the required credentials, tap on “Log In” link to open the new Instagram account. Doing this, your new account will also be linked on the app.
Open the Instagram app on your device- it appears as a multicolor icon. Doing this will directly lead you towards the main page or newsfeed page.
If you are not logged in already, then you will be required to enter your email address, username, or phone number associated with your account and correct password to open the Instagram app.
At the bottom of the Instagram’s main page, you will see multiple options that are: “Home” icon where you see all the uploads of your followers and friends, “Search” icon represented with a lens image to discover new people and pages, “+” icon to add or upload content, “Heart” icon where you can find all the activities you have done in the last past seven days, and a “Humanoid” icon where you can make edits to your profile as per your requirements.
Here, you need to tap on the “Humanoid” icon to proceed with the steps.
Once you tap on the profile icon, you will be directed on a new page where you will have multiple options to make edits in your profile. On the page, look for the drop-down menu located at the top-right side of the page, beside your username.
Tap on the menu, here, a pop-up will appear on half of the screen where you will have all the account you have added on the app.
Select the account you wish to switch by tapping on the circle located in front of the account.
Moreover, the best part of this option is, you can easily add additional accounts through this field by selecting “Add account.”
If you want to log out from the certain accounts, switch to the account and then simply select the logout option. Doing this will no longer be available to access until you add it back.
